These COCO-BERRY ENERGY BALLS are perfectly easy grab-and-go snacks that are packed with healthy energy punch, and just simply blissful! 💕 No bake, gluten-free, high in fiber, protein, and healthy fats, they are made with 3 superfood ingredients: coconut flour, dates, and #chewgreen Dried Strawberries 🍓Easily make them at home as perfect naturally sweet breakfast bites for the kids or high-fibre energy boosters before a workout. You’ll be surprised how good healthy energy tastes! 🤤

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of COCONUT FLOUR

  • 1 cup of DATES

  • 1 pack of #chewgreen DRIED STRAWBERRIES


DIRECTIONS:

1. Place dates and add coconut flour into the blender. Process until mixture forms a smooth ball of “dough”

2. Chop #chewgreen Dried Strawberries into small dices and add them into the mixture.


3. Roll the mixture into little balls. Don’t make them too big as the flavour will be pretty intense!

4. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. They will last up to 2 weeks.
